About This Blog

I’m a Foreign Service Officer and an incurable foodie.  One of the main reasons I travel is to experience new and different foods.  When I come home, I love preparing that food and experimenting with new recipes.  Moving around as often as I do, I often find myself lacking a crucial cookbook.  That’s why I’ve compiled many of my favorite recipes right here.  If you enjoy them, please let me know.  And feel free to share some of your own ideas.

    • Julie, it means a lot to know you’re out there reading my stuff. I was inspired to post a wave of new recipes, having been cooped up at home making our own meals for a few weeks. I’m glad to know it’s appreciated!
